Paul is a Life and Relationship Coach, Facilitator, Consultant, Meditation and Breathwork Coach and Healer.

Paul specializes in working with men on all levels of the spectrum of sexuality, including those who are struggling with their identity and how they express themselves in this world.

Paul believes in the power of energy and the power of you, as an individual, to shift the energy you already hold, to heal what feels broken within you, and to allow you to feel whole, authentic and loved in this world.

Paul was educated at the University of Minnesota and the Alfred Adler Institute. He holds a master's degree in counseling psychology, and certifications in Human Services Leadership, Life Coaching, Breathwork Facilitation, and Reiki in the Usui System of Natural Healing, trained by Reiki Master Teacher Jhonathan Soutchy.
